Personal data

In general, we do not collect nor store personal data, except you are explicitly contacting us via eMail, Contact form, Phone, Social Media or Postal Services. As we jointly engage to do business together we may need to store personal data for that very purpose (Contractual and Legal information, Business administration, Billing, Licensing), we will only keep and share information as required and agreed. Other non-personal data, such as IP address or date of access, may be saved as a result of technical processes (Web statistics, Server logs, Cookies) by the Hosting provider or third party Webservice.

Some of the personal data required for contractual reasons, Billing and Business administration demand a retention period of currently 10 years as a regulatory requirement for firms registered and operated in Switzerland.

The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Personal data will not be transmitted to any third party without your consent, exchanging only the minimum personal data may be required to conduct services you requested. Also, we will only make this data available to public offices when such action is legally required. Our employees are required not to disclose data without consent.
